By downloading or using GNSS Commander, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. License
GNSS Commander grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make the app available to any third party.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. GNSS Commander is a tool for professional and enthusiast use, but should not be relied upon for critical navigation where life or property is at risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GNSS Commander be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
